DBL Group has an embroidery production facility along with other production facilities that give it a strong backward link. DBL offers a wide range of embroidery services, from stitching to cording. The factory houses a total of a whopping 35 production machines and 4 sampling machines offering different categories of embroidery services. At the facility, all the machineries are originated from Japan. The brands of these machines are Barudam and Tajima respectively. The aggregate production capacity is 30,000 pieces per day on average.
